Albright signs with Ichabods

Washburn baseball coach Steve Anson announced the signing of Hayden High School's Daniel Albright to a letter of intent. Albright will be a freshman for the Ichabods next fall.

Albright, a 6-1 173-pound left-handed pitcher, earned all-city and All-Centennial League honors for the Wildcats the past two seasons. He is 2-2 with a 2.43 ERA in 30 innings for the Wildcats this season.

He joins Bryan Stroth as the first two members of the 2005-06 Ichabod recruiting class.
