Stroth signs with Ichabods

Washburn baseball coach Steve Anson has announced the signing of Kansas City Kansas Community College right hander Bryan Stroth to a letter of intent. Stroth will be a junior for the Ichabods next fall.

Stroth, a 5-11 165-pound pitcher from Topeka, is 6-1 with a 3.45 ERA for the Blue Devils this season. He has pitched 44 innings and struck out 23 batters and had five complete games.

Stroth is a 2003 graduate of Shawnee Heights High School, where he earned all-city and All-Centennial League honors two seasons. He was a first team all-league selection as a senior.
