The Washburn Ichabods reached the five-win plateau for the first
time in the 90s with a 36-0 win over Southwest Baptist University.

when Washburn held Missouri-Rolla scoreless and won 45-0.
The Ichabods (5-2, 2-3 MIAA) lit up the scoreboard early.
After SBU (1-6, 1-4 MIAA) fumbled on their first play from
scrimmage on a sack by Casey Rhinehart, the Ichabods ran two plays
and Joe Camp scored from 10 yards on on the first of his two first
quarter touchdown runs with 14:05 left in the first quarter. Camp
would score again with 35 seconds in the first quarter on a six yard
touchdown run.

SBU complete their first pass until 4:27 left in the game. The defense
also continued SBU's streak of scoreless quarters to 16 consecutive
without a point.
