RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Freshman Matt Lazzo led the Washburn Ichabod golf team to a second fourth place finish at the Arkansas Tech Collegiate
Classic with a tie for second place finish after carding a 3-over 147.
Lazzo followed up yesterday's 74 with a 73 today.
Matt Ewald tied for 14th with a 6-over 150. John Robbins and Ryan
Deutsch tied for 18th with an 11-over 155. Washburn wlll be in action
next weekend at the Ichabod Invitational at Topeka Country Club on March
26-27 in their first MIAA match of the spring season.
Washburn leads the MIAA standings after two of the five scheduled events
this season. They lead Central Missouri and Missouri Western in the
standings by four points each.
