Phifer named second team All-MIAA

Ichabod senior Frank Phifer was named second team All-MIAA after leading the Ichabods with a 15.3 points per game scoring average. He finished second on the team with 6.6 rebounds per game. His scoring average is sixth in the MIAA, while he also ranks seventh in rebounding, fifth in field goal percentage (.523 -- 157 of 300), third in blocked shots. His 12 of 13 performance from the field at Northwest Missouri while scoring 32 points was the best field goal percentage for a single game in the MIAA this season as were his 18 rebounds at Cameron a MIAA-high. His seven blocked shots vs Missouri Southern was also a league high.

Phifer went 9-for-17 from the field for 19 points and Sisk scored 12 off 6-of-11 shooting and he grabbed 13 rebounds for his third career double-double and second of the year in his final game at Washburn against Central Missouri on Saturday night.
