Lady Blues ranked No. 25 in latest NFCA National Poll

TOPEKA -- The Washburn Lady Blues were ranked No. 25 in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association National Poll that was released today. The Lady Blues are 24-11 and 3-3 in the MIAA. They dropped from 23 in poll after going 6-2 last week including a 4-1 showing at the Nebraska-Omaha Invitational. The Lady Blues doubleheader with Pittsburg State was postponed today until April 18. Washburn will be in action again on Saturday at Fort Hays State.
