After going 0 for 2 with a walk in the first game of a doubleheader sweep over Lincoln on Friday, Lyons became the 12th Lady Blue to hit two home runs in one game in the night cap. She finished that game 3 for 3 with a sacrifice and three RBI. She finished the week going 1 for 5 with a sacrifice and a stolen base in a sweep over Central Methodist. For the week, Lyons batted 4 for 7 with runners in scoring position and was 4 for 6 driving in five runs with two outs.

She also pitched two innings of scoreless relief against the Lions allowing one hit and one walk with three strikeouts. Against Lincoln, she logged a five-inning complete-game shutout scattering six hits with eight strikeouts and no walks.
