The Ichabod Club is a booster club that works together to promote Washburn University Athletics, and provide financial support through scholarships to its athletic programs. Membership in the Ichabod Club has played a major role in supporting the annual scholarship drive, and making a difference in the lives of Washburn’s student-athletes since 1954. Washburn Athletics depends upon the annual contributions to the Ichabod Club Scholarship Fund to continue offering scholarship aid to our student athletes. Be a member of the Ichabod Club and join the camaraderie of those who contribute, and enjoy all the Ichabod Club activities including the kickoff party pig roast, golf tournaments, a super bowl party, season tickets and promotions, and other special events. Parking
Ichabod Club members at the $400 and above level will receive reserved parking for basketball with season tickets. Director’s Club members and above will have access to special gated parking on the West side of Lee Arena. Gift Opportunities
Gift Opportunities
Unrestricted Gifts: Contributions for the Ichabod Club are considered unrestricted gifts unless otherwise specified.
Gifts in Kind: Goods and Services that the Athletic Department can use during the course of the year, that normally must be purchased, are often as valuable as cash gifts.
Matching Gifts: Ask your employer about a matching gift program which will increase the impact of your gift. If your company participates in the matching gift program, please enclose your company’s matching gift form along with your donation.
