Lady Blues sweep Drury

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The No. 16 Washburn volleyball team swept Drury 30-27, 30-26, 30-26 at Weiser Gym Tuesday night.

Katie Brandt led the Lady Blues with 17 kills and a .412 hitting
percentage, while Dany McHenry and Emily Foster added 15 and 12 kills
respectively. McHenry added 18 digs, while Julie Sackman had 40
assists.

Washburn, which won its fourth straight match to improve to 27-5, is
the No. 3 seed in the MIAA Postseason Tournament and will host No. 6
seed Missouri Southern 7 p.m. in Lee Arena Tuesday Nov. 9.
