Jones earns second straight All-America honor

Junior rightside hitter Tessa Jones earned her second straight All-American honor as she was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association honorable mention team this week. Jones, a third team honoree last year, led Washburn with 3.74 kills per game and 4.36 points per game. She was named to the AVCA and Daktronics all-region teams earlier this year and was a second team all-MIAA pick.

Jones' award is the fifth All-America honor for a Lady Blue in the last four seasons.
