The Washburn Lady Blues topped Missouri Western 3-1 (24-30, 30-23, 30-22, 30-24) in Lee Arena Wednesday night.
The win snapped a five-match home court losing streak and marked the first time Washburn won back-to-back matches since Aug. 31.
Jill Gassen led Washburn with 19 kills, while Susan Crooks added 16 kills and 18 digs. Lindsey Kersting dished out 45 assists and led the Lady Blues with 19 digs.
Washburn is back in action 7 p.m. Friday night in Lee Arena against rival Pittsburg State.
