Blues go 1-1 in final weekend of the season

The Lady Blues finished the regular season going 1-1 falling to Missouri Southern in straight games 15-9, 15-10, 15-8 and rebounding to top Pittsburg State in four games 15-12, 15-7, 13-15, 15-5.
Becky Hanish led the way for the Lady Blues against Missouri Southern with seven kills. Lindsey Kersting had 14 assists.
Against the Gorillas, Jill Gassen scored 15 kills and Hanish and Beth Lenherr each had 12. Sandi Mullikin had 43 assists.
The Lady Blues finished the 1999 season 9-25 and 5-11 in the MIAA.
