The No. 10 Washburn Lady Blues won their fourth straight with a 75-66 comeback win at Pittsburg State's John Lance Arena Wednesday.

The Gorillas took a 36-26 lead with 4:05 left in the opening half on Janelle Klein's layup. Washburn responded to cut the gap to 40-36 at the break after a 3-pointer by Juwanna Rivers and a basket by Cindy Keeley in the final minute.

Carla Sintra, who had 15 of her career-high 22 points at the half, put the Lady Blues up 64-56 on a layup with 5:15 to play. The basket capped a 13-0 run in a 3:32 stretch in the second half. Rivers had her second 3-pointer and two free throws to give Washburn the lead for good during the run.

The Lady Blues shot 53.6 percent on 15 of 28 shooting to finish 30 of 61 from the field. Pittsburg State, which shot 63.2 percent on 12 of 19 field goals in the first half, made only 9 of 27 shots in the second half. The Lady Blues hit a season-low two 3-pointers in 10 attempts.

Lora Westling had 13 points on 5 of 8 shooting, while Brooke Ubelaker and Rivers added 12 and 11 respectively to compliment Sintra's 22 point effort.

Washburn is back in action 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Lee Arena against Missouri Western. The Griffons have won four straight in Lee Arena and were the only visiting team to win at Lee Arena the past two seasons.
