TOPEKA - Washburn fell 5-4 to No. 34 ranked Northwest Missouri State. The Lady Blues won two of the three doubles matches winning at No. 1 and at No. 2, but dropped four of the six singles matches. The Lady Blues are now 11-8 overall and 2-4 in the MIAA. All four of the Lady Blues MIAA losses have been by the score of 5-4.

The Lady Blues will look to rebound against Johnson County in an exhibition match on April 13 in Overland Park.
